Clean Eating 101

DO

Eat 4-5 small meals a day

Eat breakfast everyday within an hour of waking up – DON’T SKIP IT

Drink 2-3 litres of water everyday (I drink at least 3 litres a day, more when I workout!)

Eat healthy fats (avocado, walnuts, salmon etc.)

Consume plenty of fruit and vegetables

DON’T

Eat refined sugar

Eat processed foods

Eat foods containing white flour

Consume sugary drinks

Eat large portions

Eat foods containing preservatives & artificial colourings

Drink excessive alcohol
