P+P Granola

Granola bars or crumbled with yoghurt + fruit as your breakfast. This is healthy, delicious + super easy to make.

INGREDIENTS

100g cranberries

200g oats (I use a gluten-free option)

100g seeds

50g chopped nuts (I like to use walnuts)

100g coconut oil

50g agave nectar

100g caster sugar

METHOD

1. Melt coconut oil, honey + sugar in a pan

2. Pour over all the other ingredients + mix thoroughly

3. Line a baking tray, pour the mic in + press it down

4. Bake at 170C (150C for fan oven) for 30 mins

5. Rest for an hour

6. Serve
