Half a ripe Avocado
Half a Pear
Handful of frozen Mango Chunks
Half a Courgette
200ml Coconut Water (or enough to reach your preferred consistency)
Whizz them up and enjoy first thing in the morning before a workout or as a late morning/afternoon high protein pick-me-up to keep you fuelled between meals!
