I get emails, DMs, comments and tweets everyday about my favourite protein shake recipes – so I am going to share one of the easiest with you and one I have been making a lot lately!


Half a ripe Avocado

Half a Pear

Handful of frozen Mango Chunks

Half a Courgette

30g of The Good Guru Vanilla Vegan Protein Powder

200ml Coconut Water (or enough to reach your preferred consistency)

Whizz them up and enjoy first thing in the morning before a workout or as a late morning/afternoon high protein pick-me-up to keep you fuelled between meals!
