I am suck a sucker for a shiny new headphones. I have as many pairs as I do trainers (that’s quite a lot for those who haven’t been inside my wardrobe!).
These TRE in-ear headphones from Sudio Sweden are incredibly in-ear which makes them perfect for working out, specifically for running which I have vowed to do more of this year.
They are not only firmly stuck in your ear, which has solved the problem of headphones falling out mid-workout or simply walking down the street, but they are also extremely comfortable you can forget they are there.
Personally, I can’t begin a workout without music in my ears.
Whether it’s hill sprints, rowing, circuits or weights I have to be listening to my music and I have a playlist for every sort of workout.
I thought I would share my weights workout playlist to help give you some inspiration to create or add to your own and bring you a little motivation to go for a run in the brisk London weather or head on over to your local gym to push through a workout and find yourself riding that endorphin rush for the rest of your day.
